Please note that the prices below do not include the charges made by the Registration Service, but we will contact them for you and provide other necessary administration services.
The Court Room can accommodate up to 60 Guests
Marriage Ceremony:
- Monday to Friday: £265
- Saturday: £370
- Sundays / Bank Holidays: £420
Civil Partnership:
- Monday to Friday: £265
- Saturday: £370
- Sundays / Bank Holidays: £420
Renewal of Marriage Vows:
- Monday to Friday: £160
- Saturday: £210
- Sundays / Bank Holidays: £265
Reductions for Residents of Sandwich: If the bride or groom are on the Sandwich electoral role there is a reduction of £50 on the above prices
For rehearsals a charge of £30 per hour (or part there of) will be made.
Deposit: £100 plus returnable fee of £50 for cleaning of confetti in the building should this be required.
Ceremony plus Reception in the Guildhall:
A reduction of 10% of the hire charges for all reception rooms will be given if both the ceremony and reception are booked at the Guildhall.
Fees for Wedding Receptions in the Guildhall:
The Main Hall can accommodate 190 to 200 Guests
- Main Hall: Monday to Thursday: £185.00 - Friday & Saturday: £315.00
- Use of Kitchen for Light Refreshments: £50.00
- Use of Kitchen for Hot Meals: £95.00
- Hire of Bar area: £45.00
- Preparation / Setting up on previous day: £75.00
The Jury Room can accommodate 85 to 100 Guests
- Jury Room: Monday to Thursday: £95.00 - Friday & Saturday: £160.00
- Use of Kitchen for Light Refreshments: £30.00
- Use of Kitchen for Hot Meals: £70.00
- Hire of Bar area: £45.00
- Preparation / Setting up on previous day: £55.00
Deposit: £100 deposit is required
The prices above are specifically for Weddings / Civil Partnerships and include administration services but all Reception Rooms can also be hired for occasions other than weddings - for full price list and details for other occasions & ceremonies - Please Contact Us
